Public community site homepage. The marketing-style front door for Haciendas Del Dorado — hero image, tagline, and a stat block highlighting years of history and the two municipalities the community spans.

Public Communications page. Residents and visitors browse official announcements, newsletters, and legal declarations, with pinned 'important' items at the top and filter/search over the full archive.

Public FAQ page. Questions are grouped by topic (Payments, Security, etc.) and authored in the admin portal with per-item visibility scoped to residents or the public.

Public Acknowledgements page. A lightweight blog-style surface the board uses to publicly recognize community members, contractors, or municipal departments, with an inline media gallery per post.

Resident portal login. Passwordless magic-link flow — residents enter their email and receive a one-tap sign-in. Bilingual toggle (English / Spanish) is present from the login screen onward.

Admin parcel map. Every parcel in the community is rendered as a polygon, colored by municipality (Dorado / Toa Alta). Sidebar navigation exposes every module in the portal — Residents, Parcels, Reports, Projects, Votes, and more.

Map view with infrastructure pins and the Reports inbox open in parallel. Clicking a parcel or pin surfaces metadata and quick actions; the right panel lets staff triage resident-filed reports without leaving the map.

Infrastructure registry. A unified table of hydrants, security cameras, gates, and lighting across the community, each with last-inspection dates and health status so the board can track maintenance obligations at a glance.

Projects list view. Every board-sanctioned project — repaving, camera replacements, sign installations — tracked with a champion, due date, task rollup, priority, and status.

Projects Kanban view. Same records as the list, grouped into Planning / Active / Blocked columns for a quick read on the board's active workload.

Project detail — Details tab. Rich-text description, inline comment thread, and tabs for Tasks, Communications, Documents, and Media Files. Documents tab reconciles against the project's shared cloud folder.

Project detail — Tasks tab in Gantt mode. Per-task start and end dates with a 'today' marker, so the board can see schedule slippage across a project without leaving the portal.

Communications list. A single queue of announcements, newsletters, alerts, and direct messages with review and publish status, optionally linked back to a parent project for traceability.

Communication composer. Type selector (announcement, newsletter, alert, direct message), rich-text article body, and per-channel summary fields for Email, WhatsApp, and Facebook delivery.

Delivered email preview. The branded template residents receive in their inbox — header lockup, badge for communication type, short summary, and a 'Leer más' link back to the full article on the public site.

WhatsApp delivery preview. The same communication auto-posted as a WhatsApp message with a deep link back to the community site, so residents who live in WhatsApp still get the official version.

Facebook delivery preview. The communication auto-posted to the community's Facebook page, closing the loop on the three channels the board cares about.

Acknowledgement editor. Same compose-and-publish pattern as communications, with a media gallery block for inline photos — what drives the public Acknowledgements page.

FAQ management. Published FAQs are editable per entry, grouped by topic, with visibility scoped to residents or the public — the admin side of the public FAQ page.

Votes list. Binding community votes grouped by open / closed, each showing the eligible population, live yes/no/abstain tally, and deadline.

Vote detail. Full proposal text, a results bar once closed, and the per-resident ballot log — with eligibility and quorum calculated from the parcel and resident data.

Board statistics dashboard. KPIs across tasks, reports, and per-member workload with configurable time ranges, so the board has a single place to answer 'how are we doing this quarter?'

Audit trail. Every mutation across the system (parcels, residents, communications, acknowledgements, votes, tasks) is timestamped and attributed, with filters by user, resource, and event type.
